Returns & Exchanges

If any item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will happily exchange it for the same item, if requested within 3 days of receipt of the defective or damaged item. To request an exchange, please email us at with a description of the damage and supporting photographs. 

For all products received in good condition, we will happily work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Most of our products can be returned for store credit during the first 30 days after you receive your product.

To be eligible for a return with full store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 

We may, at our discretion, grant partial store credit for items not in their original condition, such as books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened, or any item that is damaged by the purchaser, missing parts, or for other reasons not due to our error.

Some items are not eligible for return even within the first 30 days after receipt, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.), newspapers or magazines, intimate products, free items, promotional items, sale items, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, and other items as noted on the product purchase pages. 

For all eligible items, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  First contact us at to initiate the return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs in returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and our approval or rejection of your store credit.

Store credit is for the purchase price plus tax (if charged), but not Shipping & Handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Whenever shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a return credit or exchange for items that do not reach us.
